1. Paper Making Industry

In paper making industry, waterjet cutting machine is mainly used for trimming and cutting paperboard, carton, corrugated cardboard, corrugated paper, paper liner plate, packing paper, printing paper, wallpaper, disposable diapers, sanitary products and other paper products. Compared with traditional cutting tools, the use of waterjet cutting table makes cutting material not be shifted and will not produce dust in the process of cutting, thus can improve the working environment. Waterjet cutting machine is easy to cut all kinds of curves and complex shape materials with high efficiency. The cutting speed of traditional cutting machine is 200 to 250 pieces per minute, while the cutting speed of waterjet cutting table reaches up to 600 pieces per minute.

2. Clothing Industry

Cutting is a key procedure in the clothing processing, which directly affects the back-end processing efficiency and quality of finished products. Traditional cutting machine has lower cutting efficiency and can not meet the needs of standardization and mass production. CNC waterjet cutting machine will not generate heat, not damage the shell fabric and not produce dust pollution. The cutting thickness can reach 40 mm. 3. Shoemaking Industry
